Austin is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from SNU where he played shortstop on the baseball team.  After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Austin worked as a social worker for the State of Oklahoma.  He received his Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law and focused his early career on the preparation of oil and gas title opinions and other related matters.  Since then, Austin has expanded his representation of clients into a general civil practice, covering several areas of law.
